Yes you can request a specific apartment if we have that unit availability. Yes an apartment can be held by placing a deposit and application fee
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes and Yes (depending on how unit is left)
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, if the resident is approved without using the voucher as income
Are utilities inlcuded?
No.
Is renter's insurance required?
We require property insurance of $100,000.00 that should be added to renter's insurance or our Popic policy
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
No.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
5am-11pm
What are the hours for the fitness center?
5am-11pm

Internet is included but residents will need to purchase a router
